Even in a state with three abortion bans and another anti-abortion bill set to take effect this December, Texans continue to show up for one another. At Fund Texas Choice, we know abortion access is inseparable from racial, economic, and immigration justice. Bans don’t impact everyone equally—they fall hardest on Black, Brown, low-income, immigrant, and rural Texans. Donating to your local practical support and abortion fund means supporting your neighbors and taking care of your community. Together, we keep each other safe.
It was going to be an expensive trip. I was having to figure out how I was going to move my money around. Paying for things such as gas, a hotel, food, the appointment was stressing me out especially when I didn’t have any financial support. When I discovered Fund Texas Choice it almost seemed too good to be true.

I give to Fund Texas Choice, a nonprofit corporation with current mailing address of 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 8257, Austin, TX 78731, or its successor thereto, _________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and general support.
To designate your gift for a particular or specific purpose:
I give to Fund Texas Choice, a nonprofit corporation a nonprofit corporation with current mailing address of 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 8257, Austin, TX 78731, or its successor thereto, _________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property]. This gift should be used for (state purpose) if and so long as Fund Texas Choice determines that the need exists. If Fund Texas Choice shall determine at the outset or at a later time that the need does not exist, or no longer exists or for some reason it is not possible (or prudent) to administer my gift as originally intended, then Fund Texas Choice may, in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, direct the use of my bequest for a purpose related as closely as possible to that stated above.
For purposes of recognition:
- I want to be recognized for my gift, which may include listing my name within a dollar range.
